Nutrigenomics helps in studying the genomic influence of nutrients and nutrition and also to understand the predispositions of genes. Nutrigenetics is the field which rapidly discovers the molecular sequence of genes across the populations that highly relates to the nutritional numbers. Diet and food components are the major environmental factors which affect the genes, genomes, transcriptome, proteome, etc.
